Agreement to Terms

Weldon's Truck & Trailer Repair provides 24/7 emergency roadside truck and trailer repair services, including but not limited to:
- Emergency roadside assistance
- Mobile truck and trailer repair

- Tire services including changes and repairs
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Electrical system repairs
- Preventive maintenance services
- Fleet maintenance programs
Service Area
Our primary service area covers a 200-mile radius from Kingman, Arizona, including areas in Arizona, Nevada, California, and Utah. Service availability and response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and current demand. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or during extreme conditions.
Payment Terms
By using our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved fleet accounts
- Service calls may require a minimum service charge
- Parts and materials are billed at retail prices plus applicable taxes
- After-hours, weekend, and holiday services may incur additional charges
- Estimates are provided when possible but actual costs may vary based on conditions found
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with the following warranties:
- Labor warranty: 90 days from the date of service
- Parts warranty: Subject to manufacturer's warranty terms
- Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering the issue
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Roadside repairs are provided to restore vehicle operability and may require follow-up service at a shop facility for permanent repairs
Customer Responsibilities
When requesting our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition
- Disclose any known safety hazards or vehicle issues
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle for our technicians
- Remain available by phone during service calls
- Authorize repairs before work begins when required
- Provide accurate location information for roadside assistance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weldon's Truck & Trailer Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weldon's Truck & Trailer Repair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
