Exterior Inspection Points
**Lights and Reflectors:** - Headlights (high and low beam) - Turn signals (front and rear) - Brake lights - Clearance lights - Side marker lights - Reflectors and reflective tape
**Tires:** - Tread depth (minimum 4/32" for steer tires, 2/32" for drive tires) - No exposed cords or tread separation - Proper inflation - No mismatched tire sizes
**Brakes:** - Brake adjustment (pushrod travel within limits) - No air leaks - Brake drums and rotors in good condition - All brake chambers functioning
Under the Hood
- No fluid leaks (oil, coolant, power steering)
- Belts in good condition
- Battery secured and terminals clean
- All fluid levels adequate
Cab Interior
